Policies

Deposits & Cancelation Policy:

We require deposits on all treatments 1 hour or more in treatment time or over £50 in price.

Card details will be securely held as a deposit and a 50% fee will be taken on the day if cancelled less than 24hours notice or no show.

50% deposit can be taken at the time of booking and will be deducted from total on the day.

24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise deposits will be lost.

 

Tint Test:

We require a tint or glue test 24 hours prior to treatment on all LVL, Tinting and eyelash extensions. Please note tint tests will still be needed for our records even if had treatment elsewhere.

 

Lateness:

We always try to accommodate where possible however if therapists have a client straight after this is not always possible. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late so we can try our best to arrange your treatment to ensure we can still fit you in. Treatment time may need to be cut down or appointment may be cancelled if late. Please note this may also affect your deposit.

 

Complaints:

Our aim is to provide the best service possible, and ensure you leave 100% satisfied and while we always strive to achieve this, if unfortunately there is a time where you are not 100% happy please ensure you let us know before leaving the salon in order for us to rectify any problems to ensure you leave satisfied.
